Email Announcement Tutorial
I, like most of artists I know, receive many email announcements for shows. Some of these are poorly formatted, difficult to use or have other annoying features like large unreadable attachments. With that in mind I have put together a few "rules" for producing email announcements. I hope it is helpful.
Domain Name & Hosting
I am teaching a 2 1/2 hour class at Maryland Institute of the Arts on creating a website for students’ work. I decided students should use Go Daddy to buy the domain name and set up a hosting account. These are the students’ instructions.
